Our Story

We have been in the mental health space for over 38 years. Our team has included licensed practitioners in the fields of counseling, school psychology, massage therapy, dietetics, hypnotists, and various certifications in coaching including lifestyle, executive, leadership, health and wellness, and corporate coaching, all under the auspices and care of our Medical Director..

In 2019, along with most of those in the health and wellness space, we chose to pivot to accommodate the changes brought on by Covid. As coaches, we saw the effects on individuals, employees, and corporations everywhere. Stress, mental health, anxiety, depression, general health, and family issues became paramount in the lives of those that we served. We, too, suffered the affects of our personal experiences with Covid and made the profound choice to pivot exclusively to the world of health and wellness, functional medicine, and integrative services. Some 5 years later, we still see the effects of long-haul Covid and generalized issues that continue to linger. Corporations are faced with employee mental health concerns, changes in absenteeism, productivity, and more. Individuals are faced with general health concerns for which there are all-to-few functional medicine practitioners to help them put the pieces together. We've made the choice to be that advocate, guide, and coach with programs that are membership-based, allowing for feasible alternatives to personalized coaching at the corporate level and at the individual level. We know it will take awhile to right the ship and we want to do our part by making world-class coaching available to all.
